Very strong evidence that your dog can help you get in better shape.

Eddie Hall has been an amazing physical specimen for quite a while. He won World’s Strongest Man in 2017. Since then he’s lost approximately 88 lbs and gone from huge – to ripped. He attributes the lean and mean transformation primarily to jogging with his dog.

Every morning he walks or runs 1.5 miles with his dog. He’s very consistent about it and says it’s a great time to “clear my mind”.

Eddie and his dog are an inspiration for all of us. One and a half miles is a very doable distance. The key is consistency, and as Eddie says, “just every day getting up in the morning and walking a mile and a half.”
